Alice’s family’s unschooling pathway focused on building intrinsic motivation through self-determination, and through play. Alice’s objective was always to focus on her children’s passions and interests so that they could move into work they love, fully in the driving seat of their own learning journey.   In this session, Alice will draw on her recent research to explore how unschooling can foster self-determination, and reflect upon how this approach can prepare and support our children as they move into young adulthood and the world of work.
